You can call up all your installed VARTA energy storage systems and view further details via the installer view in your VARTA.energy account. In the authorisation assignment, your customers can individually define which data they are allowed to see in the customer view. In addition to the customer view , you can also access the local web interface, where you can make further settings and read out error messages from the storage system.
