Networkability in the smart home

By allocating energy efficiently, you can maximise the self-consumption rate and reduce energy costs. Integration into existing networks is also possible.

  1. Current sensor
  2. "Current measurement" connection socket
  3. Folding transformer (L1, L2, L3)

Quick and easy installation

For self-consumption optimisation, install the current sensor directly behind the reference and feed-in meters

House no longer needs to be additionally disconnected

Space-saving and also suitable for narrow junction boxes

Load capacity of 100 A per phase

Connection to cables up to 12 mm thick

Sector coupling

Sector coupling refers to the networking of the home in order to use self-generated electricity for the heat pump and for the charging station of the electric car.

Sector coupling allows you to switch not only the electricity sector, but also the heating and transport sectors more strongly to renewable energies, making the energy transition a success in the long term.

With MyPV, for example, surplus electricity can be used to operate the heat pump.

Direct charging station interaction with the VARTA pulse neo

The open operating system of the VARTA pulse neo provides more flexibility and can communicate directly with selected intelligent charging stations.

These include:

  • Mennekes (Amtron Xtra or Premium)
  • KEBA (KeContact P30 c- or x-series)

This ensures fast and efficient charging of the electric car with green solar energy:

  • Charging with PV surplus
  • Home storage-supported charging
  • Free charging, independent of PV and storage capacity

Dynamic active power limitation via SunSpec interface

The VARTA element backup can record the feed-in data via a SunSpec interface between the inverter and current sensor in order to carry out dynamic active power limitation.

Relay control

Relays from Rutenbeck, Shelly and AVM Fritz!DECT can be connected for remote switching.
